I'm Jelitha.
After becoming a mother, I realized that the traditional work structure with limited flexibility and low pay wasn't sustainable for me. I knew I needed a career that offered both financial stability and the freedom to prioritize my family and well-being. By leveraging my skills, networking intentionally, and diving into the tech industry, I was able to secure a high salaried role with no degree.
Alongside my career journey, I became intentional about my physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health. It was through this experience that I discovered my passion for helping others, in similar situations, take control of their careers. That’s why I founded PathFinder's Career and Recruitment Agency—to guide professionals in navigating their career paths holistically, aligning their professional goals with their personal aspirations.
